1. General

Information on how to enter forms part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

This promotion is a game of chance.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia aged 18 years and over only.

Employees and their immediate families of Playback96, Funlab, and associated agencies and companies connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The competition commences at 9:00am (Melbourne local time) on 27 August 2026 and closes at 9:00am (Melbourne local time) on 11 September 2026.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete and submit the entry form available on the designated website during the Promotion Period.

Incomplete, indecipherable, or invalid entries will be deemed invalid.

Entrants may enter once only, unless otherwise stated.

5. Prize

There are six (6) prizes to be won, consisting of one (1) Major Prize and five (5) Minor Prizes.

Major Prize (1)

One (1) Playback96 party package for up to ten (10) guests valued at $500 AUD.

The prize includes:

• 1 hour of social games
• Pizza and fries to share
• One cocktail or drink per person (from selected menu options)
• Reserved area for meal service
• Hosted by the Playback96 team

The Major Prize must be redeemed on a date agreed with the Promoter and is subject to venue availability.

Minor Prizes (5)

Five (5) winners will each receive:

• One (1) double pass to Playback96 for two (2) people; and
• A food and bar tab valued at $200 AUD

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

If any element of a prize is not used at the time specified, it will be forfeited.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected at random shortly after the competition closes.
• Winners will be contacted via email by 15 September 2026.
• Winners must claim their prize by 18 September 2026.

If a winner does not claim their prize within the specified timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and no redraw will take place.

7. Verification and Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

• Submits an entry that is misleading, fraudulent, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
• Tampers with the entry process
• Submits inappropriate or offensive content

8. Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical disruptions or any other reason.

9. Use of Entries

By entering, entrants agree that the Promoter may use their name and/or entry for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Personal information provided will be collected and used for the purpose of administering this promotion.

The Promoter may use entrant details for future marketing communications where consent has been provided.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform used to promote the competition.

12. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Funlab Pty Ltd (ABN 13 613 584 571) of 90-94 Nicholson Street, Abbotsford VIC 3067, Australia ("Promoter").

13. Final Decision

The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the competition.
